What to include in your message
A few details help us answer faster. Please mention whichever apply to your situation:
Account & sign-in
- Your nickname or NAV-XXX identifier (visible in Profile)
- The email used to register, or whether you signed in with Apple / Google / as a guest
- A short description of what went wrong
Subscription & billing
- The Apple ID email associated with the purchase
- Which product you bought (monthly or annual)
- Approximate purchase date
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel a subscription, open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone. We cannot cancel or refund directly — Apple handles all billing operations.

- iOS version (Settings → General → About)
- Device model
- What you were doing when the issue appeared
- Screenshot if possible
Privacy & data
You can export your data or permanently delete your account directly inside the app: Profile → Export my data / Profile → Delete account. For other privacy questions, email privacy@navicoreapp.com and see our Privacy Policy.
Content & chat reports
To report inappropriate behaviour in chat, long-press the message inside the app and choose Report. Our moderators review reports continuously. For urgent matters or appeals of a moderation decision, email us.
